We offer air-conditioned rooms equipped with every comfort, including free Wi-Fi, TV, and minibar. A two-room apartment with a private bathroom is also available. Every morning, we serve a delicious self-service breakfast that guarantees privacy and independence.

I am a passionate sports lover, with a strong connection to the world of tourism since my childhood.
I have followed different paths, starting from my parents' hotel-restaurant-nightclub in the lively Alassio of the '60s-'70s-'80s.
From music, which still deeply fascinates me today, to tourist accompaniment that I mainly do by bicycle, but also through other traditional forms.
All of this takes place in a context of great environmental awareness, which has found its ideal home in the villa dreamed of by my parents. Here, I passionately dedicate myself to the vegetable garden, orchard, and olive grove, carrying out a thousand activities.
That's how I got the idea to provide spaces and experiences for national and international travelers.

The last building located at the top of Via Rangé, just 2.6 km from the train station, can be reached through a slightly narrow but comfortably accessible road. The position is at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. This building is situated on a central hillside and borders the path that leads from the back of the station to the "Due Vie" locality and continues towards the Palazzina region, between the hamlets of Moglio and Vegliasco. The panoramic view is exceptional and from the overlooking orchard, you can also admire the Gallinara Island.
